Press

The press are a welcome guest in De Hoge Veluwe National Park. When notifying us in advance and showing your press card you will be given access to the Park, free of charge. Therefore, contact the Marketing & Communication department in advance via pers@hogeveluwe.nl, and we will reserve a visitors pass for you at the entrance. Furthermore, a press folder will be ready to collect for you at the entrance of your choice. Remember that during your visit, the general Park rules and regulations apply.

 

Visual material

The visual and audio material and the logo made available by De Hoge Veluwe National Park are each individually protected by copyright law. Multiplying and/or publishing the visual and/or audio material and/or the logo by means of the internet, print, photocopying, microfilm or any other way, shape or form, without prior written approval from De Hoge Veluwe National Park, is forbidden.

The use of visual or audio material for commercial purposes is forbidden. Taking photographs or filming without consent and distributing the (visual) material without prior written approval, is not allowed.

Use of any images is subject to the following conditions:

 1.

Images are used for illustrative purposes only in an article about De Hoge Veluwe National Park.

 2.

Using the images for commercial purposes is not allowed; solely for publication in relation to De Hoge Veluwe National Park.

 3.

When using images, reference must be made to the name of photographer, in combination with the wording 'with thanks to...' (see file name).

 4.

In the case of printed media, one copy in which the image is used must be sent to De Hoge Veluwe National Park, Marketing & Communication department, Apeldoornseweg 250, 7351 TA Apeldoorn, the Netherlands.

 5.

In the event of digital media, a link must be sent to pers@hogeveluwe.nl with the page in which the image is used.

In the event of television recordings, a DVD with the footage must be sent to De Hoge Veluwe National Park, Marketing & Communication department, Apeldoornseweg 250, 7351 TA Apeldoorn, the Netherlands.

 7.

The credit titles or the colophon must state 'With thanks to ...', at all times.

 8.

The credit line must be stated at all times.

Do you want to make photo and/or film recordings in the Park? This is possible only subject to prior written approval from the Board. Recordings for commercial purposes or the use of our Park as location or parts thereof are subject to a daily fee, or parts thereof. For more information, please contact the Marketing & Communication department.

 

Note: our guests must not be troubled as a result of your photo and/or film recordings. In principle, by virtue of privacy laws and portrait rights, it is not allowed to identifiably include visitors or staff in a publication or report. Nor is it allowed to interview staff without the consent of the Marketing & Communication department.

 

Requests

Requests for making photo and/or film recordings must be submitted to the Marketing & Communication department via pers@hogeveluwe.nl, in writing. In your request, state the subject of the photo and/or film, the factual details with regard to the recordings, as well as the name and mobile telephone number of the person responsible. 

 

After having submitted your request, you will be informed as to whether or not your request has been approved, within the shortest possible term. If we approve your request, you will receive a letter of permission (which includes information on the procedures on-site). You must sign and return the letter of permission. By signing the letter of permission, you indicate your agreement with our rules and regulations and the costs to be charged.

 

Requests are normally responded to within five working days. Should you have any questions or concerns with regard to the photo and film policy, please contact the Marketing & Communication department.
