Visitors Centre

In the Visitor Centre, you can learn more about nature, the landscape, wildlife, culture and the history of De Hoge Veluwe through modern interactive means. Staff at the Visitor Centre are happy to answer any questions you may have about De Hoge Veluwe. You can access the Visitor Centre using a valid Park ticket.

The Visitor Centre is opened daily from 09.30-17.00 hrs (until 18.00 hrs from April to October).

Themed walks and cycling tours can be purchased at the desk of the Visitor Centre, where you can also obtain tickets for guided tours of Jachthuis Sint Hubertus. Staff can also tell you more about other activities in the Park, such as walks with a nature guide.

Films and exhibitions

The night-time area in the Visitor Centre is the scene of a true-to-life reflection of how awe-inspiring nature can be at dusk and dawn. The auditorium shows various nature films, with a special programme for youngsters. Exhibitions are organised in the Visitor Centre on a regular basis.

Park Shop

You can find the Park Shop in the Visitor Centre. The shop sells local products, wooden toys, clothes and Park souvenirs. The honey made by the "Park bees" comes highly recommended, as does literature about the Park and, not to forget, the delicious Zwienenkeuteltjes truffles!
