Disabled visitors

The Park is equipped with numerous facilities for disabled visitors, offering plenty of opportunity to come and visit the Park.

Disabled persons pay the full admission fee and can bring one carer, free of charge, provided they are in the possession of a disabled badge. The car can also be brought in, free of charge.

Please find below more information on specially adapted bicycles, guided tours of Jachthuis Sint Hubertus, suitable rambling routes and game observation posts.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available in the Visitor Centre, the Museonder, the Kröller-Müller Museum and the Sculpture Garden. They are for use in the museums.

Specially adapted bicycles

There are two types of wheelchair bicycles that can be used by the disabled and their carers on the cycling paths, providing access to every corner of the Park. These bicycles, just as wheelchairs, can be used free of charge. Tricycles, electric bicycles, tandems and easy-to-mount bikes are also available. It is recommended to book these bicycles prior to your visit.

Jachthuis Sint Hubertus guided tours

The guided tours in and around Jachthuis Sint Hubertus are suitable for people in a normal wheelchair. Visitors can use their own wheelchairs. The special tours are not suitable for people in a wheelchair.

People in a larger-size wheelchair can use a wheelchair of the Park. They are intended for use within Jachthuis Sint Hubertus only. With a view to the limited space available, a maximum of one participant in a wheelchair can be permitted.

Rambling routes suitable for the disabled

A number of paved rambling routes are available and therefore suitable for wheelchair users. The Landscape Path was created in the central area of the Park especially for the Park's 75th anniversary. This 5-kilometre long cultural-historic route takes you along the main attractions of the Park, including the Franse Berg, the foundations of the Great Museum, which was never finished, and works of art by Moore, Rimckus and Rückriem.
Each rambling route will take you along Jachthuis Sint Hubertus. The third route is located in the Landscapes Garden, behind the Visitor Centre.
