Especially for non-Dutch speaking visitors, Park Ranger Henk Ruseler organizes a Safari in English. During this four-hour hike, the ranger will show his guests the most beautiful landscapes of the National Park and will tell you all about the history, management and the Flora and Fauna of one of the oldest Dutch National Parks. During the hike it is quite possible to spot wild animals.

In fact, there is no better way to learn about the overwhelming nature of De Hoge Veluwe. Henk Ruseler has been a Park Ranger for almost 40 years now, so he knows the area like no other. After all this time, he still loves every day he spends in the Park. His enthusiasm is catching, so be prepared to fall in love with De Hoge Veluwe as well.

The hike is about 7 kilometers and good walking shoes are recommended.

The Safari includes coffee / tea in the field and a snack and drink in a covered wildlife observation post. The hike starts at 14:00 from the Visitor Center.
